At Laura of Love, everything I do is rooted in love, not just for ourselves, but for each other. That’s why I support DEBRA Spain, a nonprofit organisation that cares for individuals and families affected by Butterfly Skin (Epidermolysis Bullosa).
I was born with a mild form of this condition. As a little girl, crawling meant skin coming off my knees. I learned early how to care for wounds and move through life with extra sensitivity. And while I healed in many ways, I’ve never forgotten that experience or the strength it takes to live with it every single day.
DEBRA supports those living with much more severe versions of this condition through medical support, advocacy, and connection. I’ve had the privilege of being an ambassador for DEBRA Spain, and it’s my hope that as my business grows, my impact with them can grow too.
