About the event
Heart Opening Movement & Expression is a space to come out of your head and back into your body.
Through ceremonial cacao, somatic movement and ecstatic dance, you’ll be gently invited to soften, move, feel, express and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been pushed down, held back or forgotten.
This is not about knowing how to dance or performing in any way.
It is about giving yourself permission to move as you are, feel what is here and experience more freedom, joy and connection within yourself.
